Looking to nature’s solutions for an alternative perspective has always been my inspiration. I have been interested in and making bread for over 20 years. During the last three years, I became fascinated by natural leavens from fermentation – a process that can be traced back to pre-historic times. Today, modern techniques tend to bypass many of nature’s ways in producing bread and often this results in suspect quality and digestibility.

We are supplying to The Olive Tree

You can now find our bread in The Olive Tree, a local organic shop, twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. Their address is 152 Willesden Lane Kilburn London NW6 7TH.
